‌Job Responsibilities‌

• Responsible for the end-to-end tracking and coordination of foreign trade orders from receipt to shipment.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, providing timely and accurate updates on order progress, production, and logistics inquiries.
• Prepare and review foreign trade documents (e.g., contracts, invoices, packing lists, customs clearance materials).
• Coordinate internally with production/purchasing departments to follow up on production progress and provide feedback to clients.
• Assist in arranging inspections, booking shipping space, customs clearance, and logistics.
• Organize, archive, and update order-related data.

‌Qualifications‌

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Business English, or related fields.
• CET-6 or equivalent, with strong English email writing and reading skills (working proficiency).
• Proficient in Office software, especially Excel.
• Outstanding 2026 graduates are welcome.
